In our last blog serial  No. 01 on Jeevan labh ( Maturity & INVESTMENT) ,we  learned "TRICK"/ "IDEA", how to know or how to remember the Maturity and Investment for all 3 terms of Jeevan labh.

 Today's blog ,we will try to learn the Rate of Return /'Compounding Annually Growth Rate" (CAGR) calculations on Saving / Investments.........under 936/25(16)

Client Saving  ₹1 lakh Yly for 16yr on Interest@7.5% Compd Annually then Maturity ₹ 59,92,911.00 lakhs on 25th yrs.

Presentation-I

Calculations for 936-25(16) with Same Premium with including GST, Aprrox ₹ 1 lakh for same period (16yr) and Maturity on 25th yrs with current declared Bonus Rate.

                Sum Assured : 22,30,000

✓MATURITY VALUE ₹ 60,21,000.00

✓ Almost ₹ 29000 More then (59.92 lakh) @7.5%.. I Can say this additional ₹ 29000 is almost refund of GST with Maturity Value of 59.92lakh

✓Free cover or Complimentry cover 23 lakhs to 60 lakhs.

                       OR

PRESENTATION-II 

Calculations for 936-25(16) with Same Premium without GST, ₹ 1 lakh for same period (16yr) and Maturity on 25th yrs with current declared Bonus Rate.

    Sum Assured : 22,50,000

✓MATURITY VALUE ₹ 60,75,000.00

✓ Almost ₹ 83000 More then investment return @7.5%.. ..I Can say this additional ₹83000 money is full Refund of GST & almost full Refund of DAB rider Money ( if opted) with Maturity Value of 59.92lakh

✓Free cover or Complimentry cover 23 lakhs to 60 lakhs.

✓Actual Saving 1 lakh X16 yr = 16 lakhs

                      And

✓GST @4.5%=4500 First year

2ndyr GST @2.25%=2250 X15yr = 33750 /-

✓Total GST ₹ =4500+33750= ₹ 38,250/-

✓ DAB Rider ₹ 45000 (if opted)

( in above example..DAB not opted)

✓✓MATURITY BREAK-UP OF JEEVAN LABH (AS PER ME WITH CURRENT BONUS)

(A)Return  7.5% on saving of 1 lakh yly compounding (CAGR) = ₹59,92,911.0

                       And

(B)Refund of GST        = ₹ 38,250.00

                         And

(C)Refund of DAB Rider(if opt)=₹ 45000.00

                                And

(D)Free / Complimentry cover upto 60.75 lakh starting from 23 lakhs.

        

Total Maturity A+B+C = ₹ 60,75,000

Note: Above calculations based on current Bonus rates..
